HREĞA are a 3 piece instrumental band from the City of Oxford. Formed in the darker months of 2006, after other momentary incarnations, they pulled together a short set and started playing shows in March 2007. Since then they have shared the stage with Shield Your Eyes, Vessels, Zail, Bearclaw , That Fucking Tank, Instruments, Line, The Pluto,Nitkowski, Theo, Don Cabellero, These Monsters & Cats & Cats & Cats to name a few.
In November 2007 HREĞA produced the self-released "EP One". Heralded by some as the freshest thing to emerge from Oxford for some time - and we'd agree, an EP highly recommended.
